Destructive 5 are the Skyesports Masters Café Champions

After a long series, Destructive 5 came out on top against Wasted Potential to emerge victorious at the Skyesports Masters Café Champions.

The match started on Overpass, with Wasted Potential taking the pistol win. After an early back and forth, WP lead 5-3 on their attack. From there, they pulled out ahead with headshotspecial and IFRAGEZ hitting double digits early. Destructive 5 ended the half with a couple more round wins and brought the game to within 3. Up 12-6, WP was looking set for a win, but D5's attack found its footing to get to 9. Wasted Potential was still able to hit 15 quickly, but the match was halted due to a tech pause.

Coming back from the tech pause, something seemed to have clicked for Sam as he started helping Em0 out in the fragging department. Slowly, kill by kill, the two of them carried Destructive 5 to Overtime. And with the smallest of margins, they emerged victorious 19-17.

Destructive 5 started off Inferno with a pistol win. And they looked much more comfortable early on in the map with 4 rounds in a row. But WP retaliated with 4 of their own, equalizing the game at 4-4. This time it was D5 putting up 9 in the half to keep their lead. They followed it up with a pretty clean T side, quickly racing to a win at 16-9.

With that 2-0, Destructive 5 secured victory in the Café Qualifiers Playoffs over Wasted Potential. The main franchise league portion of the Skyesports Masters Tournament kicks off on 8th July and will feature 8 of the top Indian orgs.
