Gods Reign spoil 1nhuman debut
Gods Reign started proceedings on Overpass with a successful retake of the A site. They parlayed that success into a 3-round set before Reckoning won the first gun round and tied the game up at 3-3. Gods Reign followed that up with a streak of 8 in a row as they won the half with a nearly flawless defence. Crazy_Gamer topped the scoreboard with 15 kills in the first half, while RGE’s latest recruit, 1nhuman from Russia, led the way for his team with 11. Crazy_Gamer continued his assault with rev3nn alongside him as they quickly closed the map out 16-6 without much trouble.
Moving on to Ancient, Reckoning started with a pistol win thanks to a 1nhuman triple and followed it up with conversions for a 3-0 lead. Similarly to the last game, the T side answered back and tied the game up but Reckoning was still in control thanks to the 1nhuman-Temper combo. Gods Reign managed to scrape together a couple of rounds but RGE were in the lead 9-6 going to the second half. Pistol win put GR within striking distance of Reckoning as clouda was hitting some crazy shots to carry his squad.
Eventually, the two teams equalized at 10-10, with everyone’s economy on the line in round 21. And in that crucial round, RGE came out ahead, establishing their control once more and accelerating up to 14-10. Despite 1nhuman reaching 31 frags, Gods Reign hit 14. In the end, Reckoning managed to sneak out ahead and push the series to a 3rd map.
Similar to the previous maps, the two teams started neck and neck before GR took the lead 6-4. And they were able to maintain that lead with clouda, ph1nnn, and Crazy_Gamer all stepping up. The team quickly closed the series out with a 16-8 win.
