Indian teams' foreign imports take down TheMongolz
The third week of ESL Challenger League Season 46: Asia-Pacific saw a huge upset, as TheMongolz, with a coach stand-in, got demolished playing against -72c.
The first map, Anubis, witnessed an outstanding performance from shandarez, a recent addition to Revenant Esports, who dominated with an impressive 26 kills. Consequently, -72c established a commanding lead with a score-line of 10-2 in the first half. Despite facing some challenges in the second half, they managed to secure the first map with a final score of 13-8.
The -72c roster also included m3wsu and -1nhuman-, both of whom have transitioned to Reckoning Esports. This trio of international talents, now representing Indian teams, continued their domination in the second map, Mirage. Building on their success from the first map, they conceded only a single round in the first half, showcasing their dominance with a remarkable 11-1 score. In the second half, they sealed the deal with a convincing 13-2 victory, underlining their superiority over TheMongolz.
