"Michael Jackson" peek patched
In an attempt to fix hitboxes, Valve had unintentionally introduced a "Michael Jackson" phenomenon, causing players to ridiculously lean into peeks, completely catching people off guard. With the recent update, Valve has patched this bug, while still keeping their X cover picture.
Inferno, Mirage, Nuke, Overpass, and Vertigo receive various bug fixes and tweaks. Player avatars in the mini scoreboard at the top can now be replaced by player count during the active portion of the round.
Character shaders were adjusted to improve visibility and an exploit where players could clip through ceilings has been fixed. While spectating, the HUD color can now match the player color of the player being spectated.
