Cloud9 send Lynn Vision home
Lynn Vision and Cloud9 faced each other in the lower bracket match as both teams were looking to stay alive in Sydney.
Lynn Vision's pick of Anubis was the series opener as the Asian team picked up the pistol starting on the T side with an instant B hit. It was Lynn Vision blasting into the sites to kick things off with which gave them an early advantage but Cloud9 managed to keep the score tied at 6-6, ending the half with a string of rounds. It was yet another close half but it was H0bbit and co, who managed to edge out Lynn Vision to take the map at 13-11.
Lynn Vision started Ancient with the CT pistol. It was a close opening half as Lynn Vision took a 7-5 lead but C9's defence was untouchable as they secured the map 13-8.
C9 keep themselves alive while Lynn Vision's Sydney journey is over. Cloud9 will play Complexity tomorrow.
