hampus benched as es3tag returns to NIP

Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) has announced that their in-game leader hampus will be moved to the bench from the active roster as es3tag returns to the line-up.

The Dane previously had joined NIP in November 2021 and was with the team for a little over a year before being benched in December 2022. After a good ten months away from the game, es3tag returns to join fellow Dane k0nfig on the active roster.

For hampus, the Swede, who joined the team in May 2020 now moves onto the bench after having led the team for a while. The team has been struggling to find consistency and most recently even brought in Aleksib when hampus was unavailable earlier this year, but to no avail.

hampus' benching and getting es3tag back to the active roster is in line with NIP's General Manager THREAT's statement of 'looking to make changes to the team' earlier this year, in an interview with HLTV.

With es3tag back on the active roster, the NIP lineup is as follows:
