ENCE proceed to semi-final over NIP
The second Quarter Final match-up pitted NIP against ENCE on the map Nuke, ENCE's pick. In the early stages, ENCE came out strong with a commanding 6-0 lead on their T side, largely thanks to Maden, who led the charge. However, as the first half unfolded, NIP managed to find their rhythm and fought back effectively on the CT side, concluding the first half with a score of 5-7.
NIP initially showed promise by securing the first three rounds of the match, but Maden's exceptional gameplay turned the tide in ENCE's favor. With a remarkable 1.47 rating for the map, Maden helped ENCE clinch six consecutive rounds and ultimately sealed the map victory with a score of 13-8.
The second map took us to NIP's pick of Overpass. While NIP claimed the first three rounds, ENCE claimed back the advantage as their CT half closed out with a 7-5 scoreline. However, NIP demonstrated a strong hold on the CT side. With REZ powering the defenses, NIP conceded only a single round, claiming the map 13-8. REZ secured an impressive 2.09 rating on Overpass.
The game progressed to the decider map Ancient, where ENCE started as the T and NIP as CTs. On their T side, the stand-in VLDN stepped up, as ENCE secured a commanding 10-2 lead. While NIP fought back by claiming the first three rounds, ENCE regained their footing and closed out the map 13-6.
