NAVI eliminate NiP
Starting on the T-side of Overpass, Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) traded rounds till 2-2 but crumbled soon after, as b1t and w0nderful stepped up to give NAVI a massive 10-2 lead on their CT-side.
k0nfig and headtr1ck fired on all cylinders to give NiP a solid 4-0 start in the second half. NAVI limped to match point at 12-6 but NiP showed resilience, going on to close the gap at 11-12. However, NAVI still managed to close out Overpass 13-11.
REZ took NiP off to a 4-1 start on the CT-side of Mirage but jL and iM stepped up with masterful T-side plays to turn the tides and secure a 7-5 half for NAVI. Things only went downhill for NiP thereafter, as they managed to secured just a single round in the second half, as NAVI closed out Mirage 13-6 and the series 2-0.
With this win, NAVI books a quarter-finals slot and eliminates NiP from BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023.
