Team Respect deny comeback to Aimstars

The third game of Day 7 of Gladiator's Series Season 3 took us to a matchup between Aimstars and Team Respect on Ancient.

Team Respect kicked off the T-side in a storming fashion by claiming the first 4 rounds. While Aimstars struggled to find momentum and struggled to get rounds, Team Respect were able to find entries consistently. As a result, they took an 8-4 lead at the end of the first half.

The outset of the second half spelled trouble for Aimstars, as they saw themselves sink further in deficit, as Team Respect secured the opening three rounds once again. However, from 4-11 down, they staged an impressive comeback, finding a spree of 8 rounds to take matchpoint at 12-11.

Team Respect woke up right in time, to secure the final round of regulations and force overtime. As the Overtime unfolded, it was Team Respect who secured victory, with a 16-13 scoreline.
