Two big names out of THE DRAFT

As the fifth day of THE DRAFT's Group Stage draws to a close, the tournament landscape reveals major developments.

While two teams were ousted from contention, True Rippers has solidified its position in the Top 6. Leading the exit is the current number one Indian team according to HLTV's latest regional ranking, 2ez Gaming, who struggled in the Group Stage. They first lost to FIREDUP Gaming, then to True Rippers, and earlier today to Marcos Gaming, sealing their fate in the tournament.

Following suit is Enigma Gaming, whose tournament journey mirrored 2ez's challenges. Despite clinching a map off Gods Reign, they faltered in subsequent matches, losing both maps to True Rippers and ultimately succumbing to FIREDUP Gaming, marking an early departure from the competition.

On the other hand, True Rippers has enjoyed an outstanding tournament run, yielding only one map to Gods Reign while securing victories against Enigma Gaming and Marcos Gaming, amassing an impressive 7-1 record. They have thus cemented their spot in the Top 6 going to Kuala Lumpur. Three teams are left in the race, as Gods Reign, Marcos Gaming and FIREDUP Gaming will be eyeing the remaining two spots.
