True Rippers get the best of FIREDUP Gaming

The final match of the day led us to a face-off between FIREDUP Gaming and True Rippers. Both teams entered the game without pressure, knowing their destinies had already been decided. True Rippers had secured their qualification, while FIREDUP Gaming found themselves out of contention. The match kicked off on FIREDUP's chosen map, Mirage, where they began their T-side trailing 0-3.

While the half was initially dominated by True Rippers, who built a 6-1 lead, FIREDUP Gaming found a late recovery to end with an 8-4 score. Gh0sTTTT put up a monstrous performance, going 29-8 as True Rippers easily overcame FIREDUP Gaming in the second half to notch up a 13- 6 win.

Next up was Mirage, where despite winning the CT pistol, FIREDUP's defense crumbled in the force buy round. As a result, True Rippers once again secured early momentum. However, despite the 7-2 lead, True Rippers allowed the final rounds of the half to slip through their grasp, resulting in FIREDUP Gaming achieving a 4-8 halftime score.

What set aside the first and the second map was the comeback by FIREDUP Gaming. Starting with a pistol conversion, they secured round wins on a trot to close the gap and overtake True Rippers at 9-8.
