Arms Race returns in massive CS2 update
Valve finally have released a Counter-Strike 2 update and it is a massive one. The update is named 'A Call to Arms' and most prominently it sees the Arms Race return. Valve has also added the first-ever Zeus skin along with networking fixes and various major gameplay updates. Most of maps in the current competitive pool have also see various adjustments or fixes.
Here are some of the major updates from the 'A Call to Arms' update:
Gameplay:

A new 'Refund All' button has been added to the buy menu

Players can now disable first person bullet tracers through settings

Silencers can be always reattached irrespective of whether detachment is enabled or not

Player pings aren't blocked by invisible geometry

Sub-tick shooting adjustments

Smoothness of sliding along surfaces improved

Collisions between players fixed, which was earlier jittery

Various instances of players dropping down silently on vertical surfaces fixed

Loadouts are not fixed at the start of the matches and loadout changes aren't allowed whilst searching for Premier, Wingman or Competitive
Networking:

Peeker's advantage reduced in various cases

Peeker's advantage amount in steady state reduced by 16ms

Situations leading to large peeker's advantage because of excessive command queue depth reduced

An option has been added to buffer server updates and user commands by one or more packets
UI:

Baggage and Warehouse now are background options for main menu and item inspect

Support for separate main menu and item inspect background map setting has been added

All agents with unique 'end-of-match- cheer animations will have unique defeat animations as well now. The option for defeat animations can be disabled as well

More accolades added to end-of-match

XP Overload has been added, which is awarded to the players who earned all of their normal XP during a week and reached reduced XP gain. The XP Overload status will be attached to the names of the scoreboard, death notices and main menu etc.

Ambush Sticker Capsule available for purchase

All weapons to support up to five stickers

Zoom feature during sticker placement added for 'higher precision during sticker application'
