Smooth sailing for Heroic and GamerLegion in their opening matches
In their opening round of BO1 matches of PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen, Heroic fought off against Lynn Vision while GamerLegion locked horns with AMKAL.
Heroic kicked off their CT campaign on Nuke by keeping Lynn Vision at bay from winning the first five rounds. While Lynn Vision fought back towards the end of the half, they could only manage 3 rounds in their T-side. NertZ, who was top fragging throughout the first half pushed the envelope in the second half, earning a 1.69 rating as Heroic secured a 13-5 win.

The next match took us to a skirmish between GamerLegion and AMKAL that took place on Overpass. Starting on the CT side, GamerLegion accumulated two round wins but was met by resistance in the buy rounds. The half ended up with a 7-5 lead for AMKAL, but GamerLegion went on a 7 round spree to reach match point at 12-7 and then closed out the map with a 13-8 scoreline.
