True Rippers eliminates Marcos Gaming
The Consolidation Final of the Skyesports Masters 2024 India Closed Qualifier pitted Marcos against True Rippers. The BO3 began on True Ripper's pick of Vertigo, where they started their CT campaign with a 7-5 lead. However, once on their CT side, Marcos Gaming overcame the deficit by stringing together 4 rounds to lead 9-7.
However, despite the best efforts from ResoLuxe, who earned a 1.57 rating, True Rippers clinched the game towards the end, edging out Marcos with a 13-11 win. The series continued on the next map Mirage, which started out with a 7-5 lead for Marcos, but things took a turn for the worse in the second half.
As they moved to the defensive side, True Rippers conceded only four rounds, closing out the map with a 13-11 victory.
