Vitality hammer FaZe out of EPL
The final quarter-final of the ESL Pro League Season 19 saw Vitality take on CS2's best team in FaZe, who were looking to secure another CS2 title for their cabinet.
The series kicked off on FaZe's pick of Nuke but it looked like anything but their pick as ZywOo cleaned the floor with FaZe, going 24-6 to help Vitality ease to a 13-3 win. FaZe showed resilience on Vitality's pick of Vertigo, starting with a strong 8-4 lead on their T side but Vitality fought back on their T side with mezii also powering with ZywOo as they secured a 13-10 win with flameZ closing things out with an incredible 1v3.
The 2-0 series win sees Vitality set up a semi-final date with device's Astralis, who had taken down Liquid earlier today in the other quarter-final.
