Chinggis Warriors overpower Steel Helmet
The first Quarter-Final of the XSE Pro League 2024 between Chinggis Warriors and Steel Helmet commenced on Dust2. Chinggis Warriors opened up the map by putting their firepower to display, while securing 10 rounds on the T-side despite losing the pistol round.
In the second half, even after dropping the force buy round, Chinggis Warriors comfortably crossed the finish line, taking a 1-0 lead in the series with a 13-6 victory.
The second map saw a much tighter competition as the first map ended with a tied score of 6-6. Neuz and starDUST held up a stellar defense on the CT side, continuing their onslaught in the second half. As a result, the game quickly became one sided, with Chinggis Warriors securing a 13-8 win.
The clean 2-0 series win puts the Mongolian team in the semi-finals and they will take on the winner of the Lynn Vision and Bad News Kangaroos match.
