kassad Unveils $330k in Unsettled Payments Amid BLEED Esports Controversy
After kassad's recent tweet about the organization being mired in controversies, including delayed payments, unsettled buyouts, and owed money to players, it forced the players to sever ties and compete under a new banner.
BLEED Esports responded, acknowledging the situation and claiming they had cleared payments up to August, with only September's remaining. However, kassad revealed several other accusations, citing over $330k in unsettled funds.
This includes $130k owed to APEKS since May, $42k to G2 from June, $100k in prize money, $15k to faveN, over $15k to CeRq, $10k to VLDN, and $20k to Kassad himself. The money owed to APEKS and G2 is linked to the transfer of jkaem and nawwk, acquired from APEKS in May 2024, and nexa acquired from G2 in July 2024.
kassad and his team, consisting of VLDN, CYPHER, and jkaem, is set to partake in RES Regional Champions and the Thunderpick World Championship under the "UNPAID" banner.
