The Huns book MESA Asia Series semi-final
The Huns and DEWA United faced off in group B's upper-final match after their opening game wins against Gods Reign and Clutch Gaming. While both teams had confirmed playoff appearances, this match would determine who starts in semi-final and who starts in the quarter-final.
The bo1 took us to Nuke where DEWA United started with a 3-1 lead on their CT-side but once The Huns got their hands of rifles and full utility, DEWA United stood no chance in the half. Unable to contain The Huns' explosive T-side approach, DEWA United suffered a 3-9 disadvantage in the first half.
After winning the pistol and anti-eco on the CT-side, The Huns dropped a series of gun rounds but upon stabilizing their economy, The Huns comfortably closed out Nuke 13-6, booking their semi-final appearance. DEWA United will start their playoff journey against Chinggis Warriors in the quarter-final.
