GRAYHOUND edge out Complexity
With the odds being against GRAYHOUND, the Aussies started strong on the CT-side of Vertigo pulling off multiple commendable retakes and not falling for fakes from Complexity most of the time. Having finished the half with 9:6, numbers do not do justice to the CT-side dominance of GRAYHOUND.
Vexite finishes the match with an impressive HLTV rating of 1.67 and an ADR over 100. It wasn't about Complexity making many mistakes but more about how individuals from GRAYHOUND were stepping.
A short hope arose for Complexity as Grim displayed raw mechanical skills and game sense, clutching a few rounds on their CT-side but with superior calling, positioning and individual performances the home team GRAYHOUND came ahead of Complexity against all odds.
GRAYHOUND go through to the playoffs and Complexity will face ECSTATIC in the lower bracket in a Bo3 elimination match.
