Ninjas off to a flying start in Paris
Ninjas in Pyjamas took down MOUZ with relative ease in their opening match of the Paris Major campaign.
Both teams started their final CS:GO Major campaign on Mirage with NiP on the defensive half. It was a quad kill from NiP's in-game leader (IGL) Aleksib to kick things off on the B site. NiP had a clean conversion on the eco buy and then won the first gun round to go 3-0 up in no time. MOUZ converted a low-buy to get their first round on the board. JDC came in with a triple deagle kill for give MOUZ their second round on round eight. A strong half from REZ, k0nfig and Aleksib saw NiP finish their defensive half with a 11-4 lead.
MOUZ took the second half pistol to make sure NiP didn't run away with the map. Even though MOUZ won the eco from NiP, NiP bounced back on a low-buy to break MOUZ's economy early on in the second half. NiP eventually saw off MOUZ taking the opening match 16-9 with REZ, Aleksib and k0nfig finishing the first map with 22, 21 and 20 kills respectively.
