Marcos Gaming are now 4-0, unbeaten in the tournament and after their dominant victory over Medal Esports, we got a chance to talk to Mcg1LLzZz from Marcos Gaming, here's what he had to say.

4-0 in the tournament. How’s the environment in the camp?

"Environment is good, we're slowly gaining momentum. Big tournament, 14 matches, we knew that a good start was necessary along with good momentum and we're really happy that we did that. Hopefully we maintain the same."

Your reads have been incredible throughout the tournament, how does DEFAULTER call these flawless halves?

"Basically we're preparing well in advance. We're getting info really easily and DEFAULTER reads the game perfectly, giving us good calls, timings and predicting enemy positions."

Dominant performances on both Ancient and Overpass, can you talk about your game plan coming into the match?

"We didn't expect them to pick Overpass, and we were not prepared to play Overpass against them. We do play Overpass usually and knew we needed a strong CT-half because of it's CT-sidedness and we did that in the first half. We just needed to get info on the T-side and play off of that, which we did. We were surprised but also ready for everything, it was a good match."
