Counter-Strike 2 Receives Major Update
Overpass and Vertigo have been added to the map pool in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), replacing Nuke and Office and wingman has been added to the game modes. CS2 has now received 6 maps till date and Valve swapping maps regularly could only mean good news for the community as they might be sticking to their target release of summer 2023 which would be anytime before the end of September 2023.
With the addition of Overpass, Counter-Strike 2 introduces players to its first Overhaul map, showcasing impressive advancements in water physics and volumetric effects. The visual quality of the map is breathtaking, leaving players in awe of the attention to detail.
Beyond the map changes, the recent update also brings various fixes and improvements to Counter-Strike 2. One notable fix addresses the wear and appearances of gloves, ensuring they closely align with their CS:GO counterparts. Additionally, Valve has rectified the issue of oversized stickers, providing players with a more polished visual experience. Moreover, foil stickers have received a welcome visual buff, enhancing their overall quality in the game.
