OVERPASS
Medal Esports got off to a rough start on the T-side of Nuke as Enigma Gaming establish a big 8-1 lead quickly. Medal Esports was able to claw back 3 more after that, but that was it for their T-side, as Enigma Gaming closed out a 11-4 half in their favor. Very little went the way of Medal Esports in the first half with them conceding rounds where they had opening picks, number advantages and even 1vX post plants. Mid round calls cost Medal Esports the half, with them often picking the wrong sites to hit late in the round and overthinking their routing and approach.
Enigma Gaming’s T-side took shape right out of the box, going on to put up an almost flawless second half and closing out Nuke 16-5, going 1-0 up in the series. Roflko went ballistic on Nuke with 29 frags and an ADR of 124 followed by his fellow Aussie yourwombat with 20 frags and an ADR of 115.

Enigma Gaming won their T-side pistol round to start Inferno and converted a couple of follow-ups, going 0-3. Medal Esports put up 2 of their own after which Enigma Gaming strung up 4 in a row to build themselves a 7-2 lead but Medal Esports locked down the sites and put up a solid CT-side, closing the gap at 7-7 and securing competitive 7-8 first half on Inferno.
Enigma Gaming won the second half's pistol round as well and converted the follow-up but Medal Esports fought tooth and nail to equalize the score and steal the lead 11-10. Enigma Gaming fought back and regained their lead to secure match point at 13-15 but Medal Esports came back to tie things up at 15-15, forcing Inferno into overtime.
After going neck to neck in overtime, Enigma Gaming closed it out in overtime, securing Inferno 19-17 and the series 2-0, as Medal Esports' worries continue, now 1-7 down in the tournament.
