SH4DY gave ME a swift start, cementing the pistol round with two decisive kills in the 2v2. Nonetheless, Velocity exhibited their dominance early on, as they snagged a round with desert eagles right back. Throughout the half, VG constantly exploited mid, taking control of the connector effectively. It allowed VG to have a lot of options on their hands. As a result, they found a lot of success on their T-side. While SH4DY was putting up formidable resistance on the A-site, Velocity ended up taking 11 rounds on their T-side.
The pistol round initially seemed promising for ME, as they secured two opening kills and successfully planted the bomb. Unfortunately, they neglected to account for SYAH's presence in the Palace. He emerged from Palace to claim two crucial kills, disrupting ME's setup and allowing VG to secure the second pistol round. The strong showing from VG persisted in the second half, as they gave ME no chance to retaliate, sealing Mirage with a dominant 16-5 score-line.

As the game moved to Inferno, it was ME who struck first. They capitalized in the early stages of the game and looked much more comfortable compared to Mirage. However, as the game unfolded, VG started regaining their form and overtook ME to take the score to 6-5. With his effective lurks, SH4DY was a force to be reckoned with throughout their T-side. His 18 kills in the half kept ME in the closely contested affair, as they shifted to the defense with 8 rounds under their belt.
Similar to the first half, ME gained early momentum in the game, successfully securing the pistol round and building a promising 12-8 lead. But VG retaliated with three rounds of their own. VG was playing so well on the gun rounds that it was looking like they would run away with the series. However, SH4DY once again stood as the difference maker. His 27 kills on the map paved the way for ME to seal the map 16-11.

ME kicked off Ancient's CT side by winning the initial two rounds. But once the rifles rolled out for both teams, ME's defense crumbled. VG took early control of the game, as they found success in opening kills everywhere they decided to go. Moreover, VG executed ingenious fakes, leaving ME uncertain and susceptible to their strategies, resulting in VG successfully clinching rounds on their T side.
ME scored the second pistol of Ancient too, and then a 1v3 from Busterrr saw them get the second round too. But the first buy round was notched by VG as The_Guru got three incredible kills with his big green. As the series came to its final moments, the game evolved in intensity, with none of the rounds being lop-sided. Despite VG getting the match-point at 15-13, ME scored two right back to take the game to overtime.
The_Guru continued to be a formidable force in the OT. He secured 38 kills as the map ended, and VG ultimately clinched the series with a close 19-17 score, securing their first victory of the tournament.
