Astralis send MOUZ packing
Astralis are one step away from the Lanxess Arena after they took down MOUZ 2-0 with relative ease as their talisman device was once again the star of the show. The Danes will now face the winner of Natus Vincere and FaZe game in the Group B lower final.
Astralis pick of Ancient was the opening map of the series with the Danes starting on the offensive side. device's 1v3 on the A site, taking out the defuser through the smoke saw the Danes start with a 5-0 lead as MOUZ had no answer to Astralis' early aggression. Things got worse as Astralis turned around a 3v5 to put up their sixth. It was a 10-0 start from the Danes before MOUZ managed to scrape together one round. MOUZ made it two-in-a-row before a blameF 1v2 saw Astralis make it 11 and the Danes ended with a 11-4 lead.
A Buzz quad kill saw Astralis pick up both the pistols. While MOUZ put together a couple of rounds, the Danes quickly shut out any possibility of a comeback at 16-8.

MOUZ picked up the opening pistol on their pick of Nuke and converted against the force buy but fell against the eco and one saved Scout from device, as it was a 2-1 score to start things off. device followed up his quad kill with a triple to tie the game at 2-2. Astralis won the half early at 8-4 but frozen and torzsi turned around a 2v5 to secure their fifth to keep MOUZ in the half. The half ended at 9-6 in Astralis' favour as device closed the half with a crucial triple.
MOUZ took the lead at 10-9 after picking up the pistol and the conversions. device and blameF's 2v3 conversion saw Astralis make it four gun rounds in a row to go 13-10 up. The Danes closed the map at 16-11 as they kept the Cologne hopes alive. It was a one man show on Nuke, as device topped the scoreboard with 31 kills and an ADR of 126.1.
