Gods Reign started off on the CT-side of Inferno, winning the pistol round but Medal Esports converted the anti-eco and a couple of follow-ups going 3-1. After which Gods Reign dropped just a single round, putting up a formidable CT-side defense to close out the first half with a dominant 11-4 score line, as everyone from Gods Reign stepped up with impact frags.

Gods Reign effortlessly reached match-point in the second half at 15-4. Medal Esports clawed one back but no more unfortunately, as Gods Reign closed out Inferno 16-5 comfortably to go 1-0 up in the series.

Gods Reign started Ancient with a strong 5-0 lead on their T-side. Medal Esports strung up 4 rounds to in an effort to close the gap but Gods Reign let nothing slip through, as they closed out the half 9-6 in their favor, but Medal Esports managed to keep it competitive going into their T-half.

Gods Reign's CT-side looked immovable with rev3nnnn locking down crucial areas of the map with his AWP and the rest just denying any sort of map control or information to Medal Esports. Despite the T-sidedness of Ancient, Medal Esports managed to secure just a single round before Gods Reign reached match point and immediately converted it to close out Ancient 16-7 and the series 2-0.

Medal Esports have now conceded 11 losses in the tournament with just a single win under their belt, meanwhile Gods Reign are looking strong finish in the top 2, having won 7 out of their 9 matches, incurring just 2 losses so far in the tournament.
