Starting off on the T-side of Mirage, VG put up a formidable fight, as despite losing the pistol they managed to push the scoreline to 7-4. However, as has been the case with MG, they showed resilience and stopped VG right in their tracks, overtaking them to an 8-7 finish. Gh0sTTTT's AWP's presence was felt by VG, as it was one of the biggest factors in putting up a solid defense.

Correcting the mistake from the first half, VG won the second pistol by putting a stop to MG's B rush. Poised to a successful CT side, Gh0sTTTT denied the early momentum by clutching a 1v2 with two crips one-deags. It contributed to a 4-round spree for MG before VG claimed a 5v3 retake to put up their 9th. However, that was as far they went on their CT side, as another 3-round spree from MG pushed them over the line, with a resounding 16-9 victory.

On the second map Ancient, MG once again had a slow start. In spite of winning the pistol, aggressing Cave against tec-9s proved fatal as it led to a 1-3 deficit. Although Mcg1LLzZz's fragging helped bring them back to a 9-4 scoreline, VG capitalized on MG's overaggression in the latter part of the first half, securing 2 more rounds and achieving a respectable 6-9 T Ancient score.

MG started their T-side campaign in full force. They didn't let their foot off the gas for a single moment, as they went on a 4 round spree before VG could put up their first CT round. VG clung onto the momentum generated by the won round and slowly started weaving their CT comeback. Some fast rotations foiled the executes of MG, as the scores were leveled at 13-13. While Syahh was effectively wielding the big green throughout the CT half, it was The_Guru's AWP that made the difference in the final 3 rounds, as VG clinched the second map 16-13.

Overpass grew into a very close affair at the outset. VG put up a formidable offense as they got to a 4-4 start. They were looking incredibly confident and were looking to cause damage. However, MG stopped the shenanigans then and there, as they managed to stop their momentum in its tracks. Following that, MG didn't concede a single round and concluded the half with a commanding 11-4 scoreline.

The second half of Overpass saw MG continue their dominance as they won the first two rounds convincingly. The_Guru's 1v2 clutch on the first buy gave VG some hope, but it was dashed right after as MG replied with a B take. The_Guru gave them another chance at a comeback by clutching another 1v1, but MG ultimately prevailed with a 16-8 victory.
