Astralis decimate ORKS

ORKS' map pick of Nuke turned into a nightmare as they took the mantle of the offensive. The Danes embarked on a 9-round streak as went ham on the defenses. While Orka managed to halt the streak temporarily by securing two consecutive rounds, those were the sole successes in the half, as Astralis dominated with a commanding 13 rounds on their CT side. It was a dominant show from the CTs as blameF and Staehr combined for 34 kills, while none of the Terrorists could reach double digits.

Transitioning to the T-side, Astralis encountered minimal resistance. Despite narrowly losing the pistol round, they rebounded with a force buy victory. The game ensued into a back-and-forth affair, but with only 2 more rounds needed for the Danes to secure victory, they concluded the game with a 16-5 scoreline.

blameF showed up with a 1.82 rating in the series

With roles reversed on the second map Overpass, it was Astralis who had to start on the T-side. While their dominance wasn't entirely evident during the T-side of Nuke, their performance on Overpass bore fruit. Despite initially trailing 3-1 at the start of the map, Buzz played a pivotal role in setting the stage for a favorable 10-5 half by securing crucial entry kills.

The late-round antics were left to the skillful hands of blamef and device as they followed suit with 1.75 and 1.65 ratings to their name. Moving onto the second half, Astralis fell prey to the B reroute of ORKS as they clinched the pistol. However, the lack of firepower in their offense reflected as they couldn't manage any other round in the half. Consequently, Astralis secured the map with a 16-6 scoreline.
