Gods Reign continues their dominance

The final game of the second day of CS GO Pro League 2023 saw Gods Reign (GR) go up against Wasted Potential (WP) with the match taking place on Inferno.

Starting on the CT side, Gods Reign picked up the pistol and a PH1NNN double saw them go 2-0 up before WP got their first round. A PokemoN double from Short shut down a WP A hit to get GR back on the board but vel0city's 1v1 against PH1NNN saw WP keep the lead to one round. GR replied with five straight rounds to secure the half at 8-2. WP strung together four consecutive rounds to finish the half at 9-6 with Nox and vel0city closing the half with a couple of crucial multi-kill rounds.

A Nox triple kill gave WP the second pistol. WP got it to a one round game but once GR got the guns out a quick B hit saw them put up their first T round. PH1NNN and reV3nnnn blasted open the A site to make it two in a row. Gods Reign closed out the game with seven straight rounds at 16-8 with Gods Reign's coach PokemoN leading from the front with 23 kills.

The second day of the Group Stage of Blink Entertainment's CS GO Pro League 2023 closes with that and the action will continue tomorrow.
