FaZe set to meet NAVI in Group C finals
fnatic got to a hot start on their T-side of their own map pick Ancient as they converted the first two rounds with ease, on the back of mezii's crucial entries. FaZe turned the tides with a low buy as it was broky who got a double opener with the hand cannon. With rain pulling his weight in the defense, FaZe found momentum by stringing together 5 rounds in a row. However, as has been the case with FaZe, they let the momentum slip despite looking strong, as fnatic ended up with 7 rounds in the offensive.
Despite some close rounds at the start of second half, fnatic held their ground by claiming the first three to overtake FaZe by 10-8. In dire straits, it was The Magician to put FaZe back to winning ways after a couple of high impact rounds. While FaZe tied the score at 11-11, they failed to pose significant threat in the remaining half, as fnatic displayed resilience to take the map 16-12.

The second map took us to Inferno, where fnatic started on the attack once again. While FaZe converted the first two rounds cleanly, fnatic did better than finding an equalizer, surging to a 3-2 lead. While FaZe answered back with a couple round wins of their own, it was a tec-9 B rush that netted the Terrorists their 4th. Swinging the momentum in their favor, they went on a 4 round spree. However, FaZe kept things competitive by claiming 7 rounds as the half came to an end.
Once on the T-side, FaZe wasted no time, igniting the match with an impressive streak of 5 consecutive rounds. Fnatic retaliated valiantly, thwarting three clutch attempts by FaZe. Despite their heroic efforts, fnatic couldn't overpower the relentless FaZe, resulting in a closely contested 16-14 score-line in favor of FaZe on Inferno, which ultimately led to the third map.
