Former Enigma Gaming player stars in DXA win

DXA cleans up MANTRA 2-0

The ESL ANZ Champs 2023 Season 17, Day 2, Stage 2 kicked off with DXA taking on MANTRA in the Group B upper bracket semi-final. The matchup also saw former Enigma Gaming player Roflko battling it out for DXA as the Australian settles down after his Skyesports Masters stint with Enigma Gaming.

The series opener was MANTRA's pick of Anubis. MANTRA took the pistol on their CT side to kick things off but it was all DXA after that as DXA took a 10-2 lead. MANTRA tried to force a comeback buy DXA were having none of it as they won Anubis 13-5.

Mirage was DXA's pick, which was the second map of the series as they started things on the T side. It was yet again a dominant T side from DXA, taking a 9-3 lead. MANTRA fought back on their T side as well but DXA managed to hang on to take the map at 13-11 and secure the series 2-0.

DXA now moves to the upper final of Group B and will face the winner of the Mindfreak and Vantage game.
