FaZe send NAVI home
FaZe started off with an aggressive and dynamic T-side on Overpass, going 7-1. Despite missing s1mple's AWP on CT-side, NAVI clawed back the final 4 rounds of the half to salvage a 5-7 half. Dropping just 2 rounds in the second half, FaZe closed out Overpass, 13-7, with broky fragging out.
Heading into Mirage, FaZe seem to have overestimated the effect s1mple's absence would have on NAVI. FaZe were stubborn and impatient with their force buys and NAVI toppled FaZe's defense, going 6-1 on their T-side.

FaZe stole an eco round, to put up their second but NAVI didn't let anything slip through, securing a huge 10-2 half. FaZe won a couple of rounds to start of the second half but NAVI eventually closed out Mirage 13-4, pushing the series into the decider.
On Inferno, FaZe's early mid smoke thrown from CT-spawn towards bottom mid, completely disrupted NAVI's T-side, giving FaZe a dominant 7-1 start. NAVI had to shell out a lot of utility just to get basic map control, as FaZe secured a 9-3 half in their favor.
NAVI showed life in their CT-side, clawing back 4 rounds, but FaZe closed out Inferno 13-7 and the series 1-2 to eliminate NAVI from IEM Sydney 2023.
