Enigma Gaming reacts to news about roster leak

Dust2 India has spoken an official member of the Enigma Gaming organisation, who has confirmed to us about the team's new roster, as reported earlier this week.

Enigma Gaming's new roster is as follows:

• Rider

• Robben

Talking to Enigma Gaming personnel, Dust2 India has learnt that the main thought behind signing a new roster is to provide these players an opportunity and platform to showcase their talents at the top level.

The roster has been signed with the goal to evaluate the possibilities of the title (Counter-Strike). After a disappointing Skyesports Masters 2023, the management is looking to reassess the viability of having a Counter-Strike team, especially with CS2 making its official debut worldwide.

It is learnt that should the roster perform well in the upcoming DreamHack Hyderabad 2023, we could see the SpawN-led roster stick around for a longer period.

With other esports titles growing in the country at unprecedented speeds, Enigma Gaming is counting on CS2 to revive the Counter-Strike scene in India, which might see the organisation make more investments in the sport.
