Aurora ease past B8

The second match of the opening day of the Skyesports Championship 5.0 saw Aurora take on B8 in the BO3 encounter.

Aurora got things underway on B8's pick of Ancient and went 5-1 up early but it was B8 who ended the half strongly, keeping Aurora's lead to only two rounds at 7-5. After picking up the pistol on their T side to start the second half, Aurora didn't waste much time to close the map at 13-8.

Aurora started off with a pistol win on the T side of their pick of Nuke. It was another close opening half with Aurora going on to take a two-round lead at 7-5. After picking up the second pistol, Aurora dropped just one single round in the second half as they breezed to a 13-6 win to pick up the series 2-0.
