TSM sees off resilient NAVI Junior
The opening game of the Skyesports Championship 5.0 European Closed Qualifiers saw TSM take on NAVI Junior, as the teams were battling it out to book their LAN spot.
The action kicked off on TSM's pick of Overpass and MoDo's 1v1 saw TSM secure the opening pistol of the series. NAVI junior answered back with a force buy and TSM replied with one of their own as they force-buy wars continued. CYPHER helped TSM win against a scary eco buy that helped Valde and the boys go on to take a 11-1 lead.
NAVI Junior started with the second half pistol and pulled it back all the way to 12-11 before TSM managed to hang on to close out the map at 13-11.
The second map was NAVI Junior's pick of Mirage with TSM starting with the pistol once again. NAVI Junior bounced back immediately but it was a tied half at 6-6. While NAVI Junior put up a valiant fight in the first half, it was all one-way traffic in the second half as TSM ran away with the map at 13-8 to close out the series 2-0.
