BENZENE: "We put all our faith in SpawN"

Enigma Gaming have started the tale of their Cinderella story with a win over Gods Reign at DreamHack Hyderabad. We had a brief chat post their victory with BENZENE, here is what he said.

Were you comfortable going into a BO1 on Anubis?

Yeah we are pretty confident on Anubis. We are well aware how the map works. So after winning the knife round, we chose the T-side. Our main focus on the anti-eco, since we knew that they have a good anti-eco. So we wanted to play carefully. After that we just put all our faith in SpawN. Because we knew we had to place trust in each other considering the limited time we got to practice. And with the short amount of time, we have to keep our economy in check.

Did you feel like the individuals on Gods Reign were not on par with the form they have shown recently?

In CS2, you cannot take anyone lightly. Any team can lose to any team. I have played with them and against them, they are all really good players.

How was the experience playing a CS2 LAN here at DreamHack Hyderabad?

From what I have seen, the PCs were really good, and the game was really smooth.

Enigma now have to face Gods Reign once again on Inferno in a BO1 to close out their first day.
