Official: cadiaN joins Liquid

The 28-year-old Danish AWPer, cadiaN, has officially inked a deal with Team Liquid. Having been benched by Heroic in October amidst lots of drama. cadiaN's rumored connection with Team Liquid had first surfaced in a report by Dust2 US shortly after.

The much-anticipated move has finally materialized, with Cadian stepping into Team Liquid's roster. He's set to take the helm, both as the IGL and primary AWPer for the squad.

cadiaN moves to Liquid after a lengthy stint with Heroic, with whom he won multiple trophies and also took them to the number one ranking in the world. cadiaN's departure from Heroic came as a shock as the Dane parted ways with the team in the most controversial manner.

With cadiaN's addition, Team Liquid's lineup stands at four players, and there's speculation about Twistzz joining to complete the new international lineup.
