Aimstars conquer Unfazed

The third game of Day 1 of Gladiator’s League Season 3, took us to a matchup between Aimstars and Unfazed. With both teams locking horns on Anubis, the match ended in the favour of Unfazed, who conquered their opportunity with a 13-8 scoreline.

Kicking the BO1 off on the CT Side, Aimstars secured the first three rounds to establish an early lead. However, as the buy rounds unfolded, the tides turned as it was Unfazed who started collecting round wins.

Unfazed went on an unstoppable spree of 8 rounds, taking the lead at 8-3. However, Audacity fumbled a 1v1 despite pulling it from a 1v3 to give up their flawless streak. The half ended with a score of 8-4 as both teams swapped sides.

The game turned tides once again in the second half, as Aimstars took off a storming start on their T side. They overtook Unfazed’s lead on the back of a flawless spree, to take the score to 11-8. However, Unfazed fought back towards the end of regulation to take the game to overtime.

After a flawless T side, Aimstars came out on top of Unfazed with a 16-13 scoreline in OT.
