Enigma Gaming take the win 2-0 after a dominant showing on Anubis.

Enigma Gaming started off on the right foot with their defence locking out the pistol round, giving them a 3-0 lead. WP’s attack finally broke through in round 4, taking the A site and forcing SpawN to save his rifle.

Enigma Gaming immediately brushed themselves off and continued their stronghold on the map, going up 5-1. Another round went the way of WP, and that was enough to shake up the Enigma economy, forcing Spawn and Catastr0phE to bring out deagles in round 7 to decide control of the half.

Aggressive play from the pistols backfired, and Wasted Potential found themselves quickly building up to a tied game. Despite a triple kill from ghostxD’s AWP in round 10, Wasted Potential found success, tying up at 5-5. Finally rounds went Enigma’s way once again, giving the team the barest of margins going into the second half.

After the break it was Wasted Potential starting off with a pistol win, and while they did take the follow up, Enigma’s Deagles gave them more trouble than they would have hoped for, keeping their economy in check. That could have swung the game to Enigma in round 15, but a ninjas defuse in the smoke from YELLOW FLASH denied them the win, keeping WP in the game.

SpawN struggled to show up on Mirage, but Enigma took the win.

Wasted Potential’s CT defence was standing strong, but Enigma ensured that the gap never got too large, sneaking a couple of rounds in here and there. WP entered double digits first, but that's exactly when Enigma popped off. With hattyg0D and ghostxD both hitting 20 frags, even with SpawN’s measly 5 kills, the team snatched up 3 in a row to take the lead 11-10 and quickly closed it out with repeated A attacks to win the game 13-10.

Moving to the other dusty map in the pool, Anubis, Enigma started with a triple from hattyg0D to take the pistol. That set them up for a conversion before Wasted took the first gun round. Enigma however denied the streak, immediately going on a tear of their own with 8 rounds in a row going their way as Catastr0phE led the charge.

Wasted Potential managed just 2 rounds in the half, and despite the pistol win they quickly fell by the wayside as Enigma’s total was simply too daunting and the squad closed the map out with a massive 13-5 win.

With that 2-0 win Enigma locked in the Gladiator’s League Season 3 Grand Finals, taking home the trophy and a prize of INR 25,000.
