THE DRAFT: Super 6 Overview

The long-awaited tournament kicks off tomorrow

BLAST's THE DRAFT Super 6 is set to get underway tomorrow at 09:30 AM IST, as the top 3 teams from both India and Pakistan bring their longstanding rivalry to the forefront of CS2.

Following the completion of the Group Stages, the top three teams from the Indian Group Stages and the Pakistani Group Stages qualified for the Super Six stage.

The Super Six stage will have one Counter-Strike Legend playing in each of the six teams and playing alongside and against the Legends of Counter-Strike, the teams will not only compete for bragging rights but also for a prize pool of $50,000.

Taking place on the soil of Kuala Lumpur, the Super 6 tournament will unfold in a double elimination bracket format, with all matches being BO3 except the final which is set to be a BO5.

Counter-Strike legend kennyS, who will be donning the True Rippers jersey, discussed the potential of the Indian scene in a press release with NODWIN and BLAST.

The Indian esports scene is really important for the CS ecosystem due to the number of people who are engaged in it and we must ensure they get the recognition they deserve. I’m really happy to represent the region and enable the Counter-Strike scene. It’s really exciting to meet the Asian CS community in general, and I am really happy to represent an Indian organization as it’s a huge part of CS and deserves recognition. I would gladly travel all over Asia to meet more passionate members of our CS community
