Gods Reign take on NiP today
After ENCE lost their first match to a benched FORZE roster and Aurora took down OG, the remainder of Skyesports Masters 2024's opening round is set to conclude today.
The first match of the day sees BIG taking on BetBoom at 7:00PM IST and the last match features Indian representatives Gods Reign taking on Ninjas in Pyjamas to kick off their campaign at 9:30PM IST
Gods Reign will not play with a substitute but instead, will have rev3nnnn playing from India. Defending Champions, Gods Reign have much sterner competition this year compared to the previous iteration of Skyesports Masters. Ninjas in Pyjamas have recently swapped headtr1ck for r1nkle and Gods Reign could get their dream start in the opening round, if they take advantage of the adjustment period.
BIG's matchup against BetBoom has all the makings of a nail-biter as the German veterans take on a seasoned Russian 5-stack. tabseN, syrsoN and Krimbo have made up BIG's core for quite a while and have shown great chemistry in the past. BetBoom were called in when Liquid pulled out and the Russians will look to make the most out of their wildcard entry.
