Gods Reign set for Swedish test
In what is going to be India's biggest Counter-Strike match since the ESL One Cologne 2014 Major appearance by Wolves, Gods Reign is set to take on one of Counter-Strike's most recognisable names in Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP). Ironically, at ESL One Cologne 2014, the Indian team - Wolves had also faced Ninjas in Pyjamas, where they went down 7-16 on Dust2 and lost 4-16 to HellRaisers.

The Skyesports Masters 2024 has 8 slots with 1 slot reserved for an Indian team, which was decided from the recently concluded Skyesports Masters 2024 India Closed Qualifier. Aside from all of the noise outside the server, it was Gods Reign showcasing resilience and supreme mental strength to take down True Rippers in the BO5 Grand Final, where they came back after being 0-2 down to book the series 3-2.
Following their qualification to the main event, Gods Reign will kick off their campaign against Ninjas in Pyjamas on April 9, 2024 at 21:30 IST. The $350,000 tournament was shifted online from its original LAN plan due to Skyesports being unable secure a location with the tournament organiser stating the Indian general election as the reason.
The Skyesports Masters 2024 will kick off on April 8, 2024 with 8 teams taking part in the online event and will battle it out for $350,000. Skyesports had also announced that the winner of the India Closed Qualifier will be flown to Serbia, from where they will take part in the online event.
