2025's first Major to be in Austin

BLAST have revealed that they will be hosting the first Counter-Strike Major of 2025 and it will be held in Austin, Texas. The event will take place at the Moody Center in June 2025.

The Austin Major sees the Majors return to North America after a period of seven years, with the ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018 being the last time there was a Major held in the U.S.A. BLAST states that the Major will help Austin gain 'a whopping $40 million in economic investment.' The event will have a $1.25 million prize pool.
