Aurora start strong at Skyesports Championship 2024

Aurora nets a convincing win to get things started on the second day

Lengthy delays due to electricity and internet issues meant only one game took place on the opening day of Skyesports Championship 2024 with the remainder of the games moved to the second day. The second day kicked off with the Group A match between Aurora and PARIVISION in the Russian derby with Aurora starting with a dominant win.

The action kicked off on Anubis with PARIVISION starting with the CT-pistol and quickly converted against the force and eco to go 3-0 up. r3salt opened up the A site in the first gun round which saw Aurora get on the board and then quickly went on to get four in a row to take the lead of the match. KENSI and deko turned around a 2v5 for Aurora to lock in an 8-4 half for the Skyesports Masters 2024 champions.

A double opener from Qikert to open up the A site saw PARIVISION pick up both pistols on Anubis and brought it to a one round game before Aurora got the half going once again as they brought out the guns. PARIVISION, like the first half, could manage just one gun round as Aurora secured a 13-8 win to start their Skyesports Championship 2024 campaign with a win.
