Techno 'I think they just made big mistakes in the final rounds of Mirage'
The MongolZ turned around a 6-11 deficit on Mirage to steal the second map in their quarter-final against AMKAL to make the semi-finals of yet another LAN event.
As Asia's finest move into the final four of the Skyesports Championship 2024, Techno had a short chat with Dust2 India speaking about their team's performance in the quarter-final.
You have now made your way into the semi-finals, how does it feel?
I am feeling great and excited that we are going into semi-finals.
You are still untested on Dust2, with only a few matches played recently. How does it fit into your map pool?
We used to play Dust2 a lot back in 2020, with the core - our coach, bLitz and myself (Team Checkmate). I think there is no difference between then and now, just some updates.
There were a lot of rounds towards the end of Mirage where AMKAL had the advantage but you guys came back. How do you keep such a temperament?
I think they just made big mistakes in the final rounds of Mirage. They lost a 5v2 and I think a 4v2. Those were the key rounds for us. For us, we didn't take many rounds on T-side, and that's why we lost our advantage on the T-side.
