APAC RMR Middle Eastern qualifiers: Everything you need to know

The African and Arabian open qualifiers commencing tomorrow marks the beginning of the RMR circuit for the upcoming Perfect World Shanghai 2024 Major. The open qualifiers will run on 21st August 2024 and 22nd August 2024.

Leading up to the Middle Eastern closed qualifier, the region will run three open qualifiers from the following sub-regions:

• Arabia

• Levantine & North Africa

• South Africa

These open qualifiers will run a single elimination bo1 bracket where qualification matches switch to a bo3 setting. The Levantine & North African open qualifier sends three teams to the closed qualifier where as the South African and Arabian open qualifiers send two teams each to the Middle Eastern closed qualifier.

Open qualifier registrations:

NOM Esports have received a direct invite to the Middle Eastern closed qualifier, where they wait for 7 other teams to book to slots through the open qualifiers. The Middle Eastern closed qualifier will run a double elimination bracket, sending the winner to the Asia-Pacific RMR.
