SGGT start MESA Asia Series #3 with big win
Chinggis Warriors took on SGGT in group B's opening set of games at the MESA Asia Series #3, the third installment in the MESA Asia Series circuit. SGGT started on the CT-side of inferno and got run over by glocks in the pistol round.
Chinggis Warriors also converted the anti-eco but SGGT denied the bonus, securing the first gun round at 2-1 and it was a Geneka-show for the rest of the half. The Russian rifler put up 17 frags in the half with an ADR of 143 and his 2.29 rating CT-side fetches SGGT an 8-4 advantage in the first half.
SGGT rode the momentum, clinching the initial rounds in the second half, sprinting to match point, giving Chinggis Warriors no chance on the CT-side. The Mongolian side momentarily showed some resilience towards the end but SGGT closed out Ancient 13-7, to go 1-0 in group B and advance to the winners match as Chinggis Warriors gear up to face ex-GR later today.
