Unintentional loophole on Legends Stage day 1 at BLAST.tv Major?

A video has surfaced on twitter showing a television across the room from the match area during the matchup between FaZe and Into The Breach, streaming the live telecast of the Major. After the match between G2 and Bad News Eagles ended, during the post-match talk, the screen was split into 2, showing the live telecast of FaZe vs Into The Breach, which was happening in the same room.

Twitterati were quick to take sides as they questioned if the naked eye could actually decipher meaningful information from a small portion of a screen from that far away and mentioned the broadcast latency. While some questioned the competitive integrity, others wrote on how BLAST.tv could have easily and completely avoided the incident.

The match ended with Into The Breach pulling off a massive upset, beating FaZe 16-11 and knocking them down into the 0-2 pool, just a single Bo3 away from a disappointing Major exit.
