7Sea Esports ease past IGXEG to head into the final-four

IGXEG go down 16-2 to an unstoppable 7Sea Esports

IGXEG took the pistol round on the T-side of Ancient and looked good to convert the follow-up with a fast mid play but it all came down crashing as 7Sea Esports steal the round, marking the beginning of the end

The trio of Benzene, CycloneF and ELV1S took off, denying the Ts any map control whatsoever. The pistol round was all IGXEG could get, as every single player from 7Sea Esports stepped up as they ended the first half with a 14-1 lead.

ELV1S and Benzene found their footing early and Bhavi's calling-while-fragging was the icing on the cake. DiceDealer and CycloneF started quietly but took very little time to find their form, landing impact frags and locked down sites with little to no effort.

The second half had a similar story with IGXEG taking the pistol and 7Sea Esports stealing the following round with an eco. 7Sea Esports wasted no time after securing the match point as CycloneF opened up the A-site with an aggressive triple entry sequence to close out the match, ending IGXEG's run in the TEC Arena Connect online qualifiers.

It was a complete team performance from 7Sea Esports as Benzene and DiceDealer finished with 23 and 21 frags, followed by ELV1S, CycloneF and Bhavi on 16, 14 and 11 respectively. Apart from the pistol rounds on either sides, IGXEG did not have much to show, with Rockstar being the only player on the side to register double figures with 12 frags.

"A lot of players get nervous, but our team is quite used to it now, we have played a lot of LANs together so we won't be under any pressure. We are excited for the LAN event"
DiceDealer, 7Sea Esports

7Sea Esports have now advanced to the semi-finals, a LAN event in Pune and are looking strong with individuals playing fearless and versatile Counter-Strike.
