ESL has revealed the groups for the upcoming season of ESL Pro League, which will be the 18th edition. The ESL Pro League Season 18, will be held between August 30 and October 1, 2023.

Using the ESL World Rankings, the groups have been decided and the upcoming edition will be following the the 32 team format, as the teams will be put in four groups of eight. It will be a triple elimination format, heading into the round of 16 playoffs.

Group A has recent Major champions Vitality along with GamerLegion and Brazilian firepower of FURIA. Danish team Astralis, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Movistar Riders and Grayhound round out the group, with one spot left for the qualified team.

Heroic headline Group B, with ENCE, MOUZ, BIG, Monte and BIG as the other names along with Evil Geniuses, MIBR and the qualified team.

Group C has heavy-weights like FaZe and Natus Vincere, while it also has Apeks, fnatic, Imperial. Rare Atom, ATK and one spot for the qualified team.

The final group, Group D sees G2, Liquid, Cloud9, Virtus.pro, Complexity, 9INE, Lynn Vision and the qualified team.

The four qualified teams will come through the three regional qualifiers, with two coming from the European qualifier and one each from the South American and Oceania Open qualifiers.
